Have you got lots of berries coming along in your garden or available locally to buy? How about early plums dropping from your trees?

Come along to this fast paced one-day workshop where we will pop on our pinnies,  roll up our sleeves and celebrate the wonderful art of making delicious jams!

By the end of the workshop you’ll have your own batch of low sugar fruit jam and one batch of fruit jam with the normal amount of sugar.

You’ll learn all the tricks about ways to set your jams, preparing jars and sealing them properly so they will last for ages. And let’s not forget label making; especially since it’s coming up to Christmas and these will make ideal gifts for friends and family…if they last that long!

So start collecting jars with or without lids, approx. 150 – 300 ml in size. You’ll need about 12, but bring a few extras just in case!
